Purchasing:
We prefer that you inspect, purchase, remove & transport items in person at our store in Bemidji Minnesota. If you have found us on the Internet and can't examine the item(s) for yourself, before making your purchase, just email and ask for more photos or any other questions we can help with. DON'T forget, we not only have this website store inventory. we are also in other store locations like eBay ID old_legends, Facebook or Etsy....please inquire for those addresses. We are happy to work with you on answering any questions you may have before purchasing. We will gladly help with storage, delivering and shipping if necessary.
Storage:
We can store most item(s) for you for up to 60 days until you, your agent or shipping company can pick it/them up during our normal store hours. After 60 days we charge $5.00 per item per day unless other arrangements are made. If items stay here longer than 6 months, without communication from the buyer, we may consider it abandoned. At that point we may liquidate the items to cover storage expenses, no refunds. Thanks for understanding.
Layaway Terms:
25% down payment on all layaway
Layaways will be held for 90 days - Monthly payments required. Person initiating layaway must be the same person picking up layaway.
If the payment is not made within this allotted period following the due date:
1. The transaction will be closed.
2. The item(s) will be returned to stock.
3. The customer forfeits the down payment and any payments made toward the layaway purchase.
If Layaway has other personal arrangements with seller, these will be acknowledged in writing via paypal, email or by hand.
Delivery:
We sometimes deliver loads of furniture. Especially in the State of Minnesota. Customers can make “piles” to be stored together & delivered / shipped all at once to save the customer money. We prefer that local people, buying smaller loads, find a way to transport item(s). We are happy to help load your vehicle. Of course if you need more help, just ask. Most local deliveries cost $50 – $150 depending on a number of variables. Sometimes we simply don’t have enough hours in our days to do deliveries so please don’t assume that we will deliver to you, without asking.
Refunds:
As always, if you make a purchase over the internet & then come to pick it up at our live store and it's not as you found, you would receive a friendly refund unless sold as-is. If you receive a purchase (delivery) and again, it is not what it was listed it to be, we will also offer a friendly refund of the item cost, not to include any shipping cost. The item would have to be returned to our store (your cost) in the same condition as it was sent, within 1 to 2 weeks depending your location. If something happens to your item(s) in transport (loss or damage), that will be between you and your packer/shipper/insurer. In this case, generally, the shipper helps the purchaser file for an insurance claim.
Please note: We do not accept cancellations so please ask any and all questions prior to purchase. There is so much that goes into listing, research and time and after a sale we make removals and cancellations for showings so thank you for understanding.
