MCM Green Heavy Whale Industrial Cast Iron 'Scotch' Tape Dispenser

This could be a boat anchor...I kid you not. So heavy. Never have to worry about knocking this on the floor.
Stored for years in an old closed up store. Blade still there but shows some minor surface rust. Wheel and dispenser in very good condition.
