This hat is entirely covered in
beautiful Pheasant feathers. Tricolor. This shows a fine
netting inside with a velvet band.

No marking, no tag, so no way of knowing size. The
measurements are approx. 8" diameter outside, 7.75" inside.
Very good condition. Feathers look extremely nice with a
very pretty sheen.
