This wonderful carving came from a
family in Indiana where the father had it in collection for
years. I can't find a signature but the piece is very fine
and details.
I only lightly dusted the piece. It needs to be cleaned
carefully and will leave this to the new owner. Looks to be
a jug of whisky by the old man, his hat looks to fit up
against the tree or has been broken evenly, not sure.
Fabulous piece for the carving or folk art collector.
