19th c. General Store Sliding Glass Display Cabinet w/ Drawers

   Unique piece that looks as if it were built to suit other store fixtures underneath. Five large drawers under the expansive display area make this a fantastic piece for any business. Showing it's original wavy old glass in the sliding doors.
As you can see the piece is sitting on very long legs.  Wainscot painted back in the interior. This had adjustable shelves, we do not have those.

This began life in an early Clock and Jewelry store. Purchased with other similar pieces from the same store that were made by the Chas. Bodach & Sons Co in Chicago. This never came with shelving when we acquired it, but please note, the brackets and side racks are there as can see in photos. When we get some help, we will add better photos. Thanks for understanding.

This two piece cupboard measures approx.
Overall height 96"

Top: 8.1 Foot (97.5") long with cornice. 57" Tall.
Base: 8 Foot (96") at the widest on base.
39" Tall
Top drawers are 17" wide by 3.75" tall
Bottom drawers are 19" wide.

Sliding doors are 43" tall by 46.5" wide.

Great condition for it's age. As found condition but it could use a mild cleaning. Please note that one leg has some char to it. Does not hurt the stability. No history on that.
There is a possibility if the buyer wanted, to put another base underneath the top.
