A wonderful early set of signed American Old Hickory armchairs with footstool. Made in Martinsville, Indiana in or around the 1930s. Vintage chair set includes an open armchair and rocker with woven seat and back and a generous sized matching footstool.  All are in wonderful sturdy condition. Extremely well preserved. Each side of both chairs show some minor damage in the weave on the edge due to age and use. This set would make the perfect setting for your cabin or rustic porch seating area.
