Liberty’s London 1905 oriental style occasional side or end table. Perfect for a wine setting or small lamp. This is hand carved from top to bottom with floral detailing, very attractive and with a oriental flare.

Liberty's London in 1905 refers to Liberty & Co., a famous British department store known for its influence on the Arts and Crafts and Art Nouveau movements. Around 1905, Liberty & Co. commissioned and imported Japanese handcrafted furniture, including intricately carved tables that blended Japanese craftsmanship with Liberty's signature aesthetic.

Very good condition. We've only very lightly cleaned this. It appears to be made of Cherry to us but not sure. It has a pretty burl that shows underneath. Please note a small darkened spot on the middle top is it's only visible flaw.
