A very nice two‑part storage and display cupboard in medium‑toned oak, featuring a classic, utilitarian design. The upper case is fitted with two framed doors, each set with oak to give the effect of a mullioned glass panel arranged in a grid pattern. The interior shows  shelving suitable for displaying tableware, books, or decorative objects. The lower case consists of two solid‑panel doors with simple rectangular fielded panels, concealing generous enclosed storage space. The piece stands on a straight plinth base and shows clean, functional lines typical of early 20th‑century arts and crafts cabinetry.

Measurements are approx. 49" wide by 78" tall. Base is 26.75" deep and top is 16" deep.

Very nice condition. Note the original label on the cabinet: Manufactured by Leonard Peterson Mfg Co. Leonard Peterson and Company was founded in 1890 in Chicago, Illinois by a Swedish immigrant.
