A handsome turn‑of‑the‑century general‑store display case, as found in an old closed up dept. store. Constructed in a mix of Maple and Mahogany solid hardwoods with a glass‑top viewing window and glass side panels for full visibility of your merchandise. This was passed down in the family but originally used in a late‑19th to early‑20th‑century clothing and dry‑goods shop.Typically held small accessories, gloves, collars, sewing notions, jewelry etc.

The case features twelve drawers with original metal pulls, ideal for organizing and storing small items. Classic American mercantile cabinetry of the period. Perfect for retail display, museum use, or collector storage

Measurements are approx. Six feet wide.  22" depth is ideal for retail use; deep enough for storage, shallow enough for customer‑side browsing. 30" height.

Overall very good antique condition with expected wear from commercial use. Glass panels intact and nice, only very minor scratches.. Drawers slide smoothly. Surface shows age‑appropriate marks and patina. One side was up against a wall we believe, note the bottom panel is unstained.
