Mid‑century, artisan‑made. 1950s - 60s era. A distinctive barrel chair, handcrafted from solid wood staves and reinforced with black iron bands. It appears to be made from a genuine oak or whiskey barrel. The seat retains the natural grain and patina of aged oak, while the curved backrest is upholstered in black leatherette with brass‑tone rivets for a industrial touch. Compact and fun size, this is a conversation‑piece and makes an great accent for a bar area, den, or rustic home.
