Originally found in Canada. This dark
green over green painted cupboard is fantastic. More than
likely a housekeepers cabinet to store and sort the
materials needed. The unique doors butt up to each other in
the center and open and close freely.
As can see, the piece has not been cleaned yet. There is a
rich shellac under the second coat of green peeking through.
The interior shows the lighter green was applied to only a
bit of the doors. Rest is cream.
Solid and in very good condition. Wear commensurate with
age. Perfect size at
Measures 48.5" tall by 52" wide & 13.5" deep at
cornice ... body is 11.75" deep.
