One of the FIRST, Self-Measuring Gasoline Pumps, this one dates to the turn of the last century

If you are into restoration of gas and oil oddities or just want a terrific display, this would be a good option to consider. A very rare find I believe.

..... an old hardware store housed this rare item and it has weathered time pretty well. Still has it's original decal on it. This particular pump has a place holder for a marquee which is a very fun addition.

 Overall: Coming soon

This is quite a large, long and awkward piece. I don't see any large issues but does have a break in the plate that rested on the ground, wood floor.
You can see in the photos the handle has been braised in a couple of places at some point. I had to cut it off just above the tank to remove it as the floor was caving in around the tank. This can be repaired. I have not washed this or cleaned.
It's got great brass cylinder at the bottom.

I realize the person who buys this will more than likely make a standing unit out of it.  If cleaned up this would make a killer display in your gas & oil collection or maybe it can be used in a restored gas station from the era.

Local pickup or perhaps uship.com. Please see and enlarge all photos and email with any questions prior to purchase.

Thanks for looking
