Beautiful Mottahedeh porcelain blue and white Chinese Export water pitcher. This is produced exclusively by Mottahedeh, Historic Charleston Reproduction. Blue Canton is noted for the blue lattice border surrounding a variety of landscape scenes on various pieces. In America, Chinese blue and white porcelain was in demand well into the 19th century and has become part of the heritage of many American families.
Large pitcher that would be perfect for a Orange juice, water or display as a center piece loaded with flowers. For the holidays holding beautiful Christmas green and red sprigs.
