Very brilliant coloration. Exceptional iridescence made I believe by Northwood from 1908-1910. A very early pattern. Marked with the M in the center.

The base is solid green and the top shows a partially ribbed iridescent fluted top. Some normal imperfections due to the age of the glass
Would be a super display. Measurement of the compote is approx. 4.75" in height by 6" across.

Believed to be the Smooth Ray, offered mid-spring of 1909 in the Butlers Bros. Fine example of turn of the century American art glass.

Could use a soft cleaning. Estate purchase.
