This is a vintage boy scouts badge for Webelos that has three corded ribbons each with a vintage bronze Bobcat lapel pin.

This would adorn the shoulder of a uniform. The curved Webelos Name plate is in wonderful condition.

The boy becomes a Webelos Scout upon graduation from the Bear program in the summer following third grade. He has the rest of the summer to get started on Webelos activities.
Boys new to Cub Scouting can become Webelos if they have completed third grade and have earned the Bobcat badge.

This was used and shows minimal wear. A great display with your BSA items.
