Original medium sized. 5 by 7"
black and white photograph of young teen's, students? in a
theatrical play. Since they are portraying the 1920's. I
believe the photo thus may be 1930's
Very interesting costumes but some earlier in style than
others. There is a (Black Americana) white actor painted
black with broken arm and bandages,
both in bibs with a Handyman, chimney sweep with a broom,
two country boys. A little boy and girl, the boy looks to
have been in a fight. The four couples to the left are
1920's Flappers style, one looks like a maid.
So more than likely many plays were performed or a story I
don't recognize. Excellent piece of fun for the school
theater, play or acting memorabilia.
Note how close the last girl looks like a Jamie Curtis.
Straw hats on two suited folks....but note again, one is a
girl. Cross dressing.
Not sure where or when as nothing is written on the back.
This came from early estate purchase and has been in my
collection for years.
Very good condition with slightly bumped corners.
