More Information

Description

Ideal doll, marked Patent No. 2252077 on the back of her head. She is dressed in a very old styled outfit with a matching bonnet.
Underneath is what looks to be cloth that is to be her actual body and hard plastic arms and legs.  I do not know dolls. So I took a lot of pictures.

This little doll is approx. 19" tall and on a stand. She was part of an estate where the original owner was over 90 yrs. when she passed.
She kept everything from her childhood. The doll was obviously loved and played with and looks to have an old naive repair to one foot.
Again....please see all photos as dolls are not my forte'. Hair is painted and molded. She does have crazing and cracks.
I see where some of thee dolls are criers?....she hasn't made a peep. ;) If so I would have to keep her for my Halloween decor....she really is kind of eerie, see third photo.

This doll is NOT perfect by any means, but is still in the need of a good loving home. If only she could tell some of her adventures as she's been around a while.
Believed to be made in the 1940's.

Despite her flaws, she is in good shape compared to some others I've seen in my research. She has a sweet face, and looks cute in her vintage outfit. Nice display.

Please ask any questions BEFORE bidding. I will try to detail any flaws and try to explain items to the best of my ability. Sold as-is.   Thanks for looking.
